Therapy in english
There are thousands of foreign speakers in Copenhagen - maybe you’re one of them? Foreigner or not - we all struggle and need help sometimes. Maybe you’re visiting Copenhagen for a short period of time, or maybe you’ve come to stay, but still feel more comfortable speaking English instead of the terribly difficult Danish language. I myself came from Norway over a decade ago and I’ve also been living abroad earlier in my life. I therefore know how it feels not being able to understand og be understood in one’s native language.
Psychotherapy and personal development calls for a safe environment. When we are to visit our most vulnerable feelings, the language we speak and are understood by means a whole lot. Therefore, I make a great effort to create a safe room of understanding, in my clinic at Østerbro. Feel free to call me, if you have any questions, and I’ll be happy to translate some of the descriptions in my website (Google Translate is a good friend, but sometimes it’s better to have it translated personally).
